The packaging of your parcel is one of our priorities. Indeed, it is extremely important for us to be able to deliver packages in good condition and avoid the maximum case (unfortunately this can still happened).



Upon delivery, you must check the integrity of packages, ensuring:

  • before opening the package is closed (only used scotch) and the general condition of the package
  • after that all parts are present in the package and in good condition

L-Section 133.3 of the Commercial Code allows the recipient to ask before taking delivery, both internal and external audit of the package.

In case of problems, it is imperative to send us as many photos of the package (outside + inside + goods) so that we can make a claim to the postal services and make a refund or replacement.


UPS services

We use UPS as a medium to deliver our packages. Thanks to this, we can garantee a delivery made in the best of conditions. Also, you may benefit from a few more advantages by subscribing to UPS My Choice :

 UPS My Choice allows you to be informed on the whereabouts of your orders so that you may organise your days.

 Delivery Planner

 Have a view of all your incoming parcels up to a month early and plan out when the order will be coming in, redirect it as  necessary.

 Leave at a UPS Customer  Center

 You may ask that your order is kept in an UPS Center until you go get it.

 Deliver to a UPS Access Point

 Choose to deliver your order to an UPS Access Point so that your may retrieve it when you wish.

 Reschedule delivery

 Choose to deliver your goods another day.

 Deliver to another address

 Choose to deliver your order to another addresse.
 Note : changing the address may result in a longer delivery time. Additionnal fees may be necessary.

"Mondial Relay" Services

Mondial Relay offers its low-cost delivery service for your 20 kg max orders.

Customers can choose for an access point delivery (for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain) or a home delivery (only available for Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Italy and Portugal).

Other services

If none of these services are suitable, you can also opt for delivery via traditional Airmail (BPOST - Colissimo) or via Chronopost (France only).

For your fresh products, your order will be shipped via Chronopost Chronofresh on Tuesday or Friday. This delivery method is only available for residents of France mainland. This guarantees preservation of the cold chain and tracability thanks to a one-day delivery*. Thus, you will receive your fresh products faster.

*Some postal codes may require additional time.

Notice regarding access points withdrawal

When you make a purchase you will receive an email with the tracking number. The carrier will send an email indicating that your package arrived at the access point with the address of withdrawal. You then have one week to retrieve it*. If after that time you still haven't retrieved your parcel, it will be returned to us. After this time, we will not send you any replacement and you must repay the delivery charges again to receive your package.

Therefore, be careful, be vigilant after your order so you may retrieve it without delay and without extra cost !

*one week for UPS,  14 days for Mondial Relay with a reminder after 6 days.
